Who I Support
I work with women who are tired of fighting with food and their bodies, stuck in cycles of trying to follow the "rules" with food/exercise, only to feel overwhelmed, give up, and feel like a failure all over again. Women who feel like enjoying food "too much" is the problem. Many feel like food and body thoughts are taking over their life, and worry they might repeat the same struggles they grew up with, for themselves, or for their family. They long to feel normal around food, confident in their choices, and free from the constant guilt and pressure.


How I Support You
Using a weight-inclusive, nervous system/neurodivergent-informed, Intuitive Eating approach, I support you in breaking cycles with food, reducing body and food stress, and building habits that actually stick. I meet you where you are, offering guidance, validation, and practical tools so you can feel more at ease in your body, trust yourself around food, and move through your day without constantly overthinking it.
My goal isn’t to give you something you rely on forever. It’s to help you build the skills and confidence to navigate food on your own, without falling back into old patterns or quick fixes.
This work isn't making changes to your body out of dislike and frustration towards it . It’s about learning to care for yourself in a way that supports long-term health, trust, and well-being through body kindness.
